Yes! We can come to your location. We also offer revenue sharing options!

Yes! We work directly with local non-profits to support their employees and clients.

Yes!

  • This is a great way to learn to self-treat your specific issues.

  • You can book a 90 minute or 120 minute session with Kaitlyn at either location.

  • We do not require you to book an evaluation session first.

  • You will be required to sign a waiver.

  • You are allowed to bring just one additional person to learn with you, if you choose. We often have spouses or friends who are going on a vacation book together.

  • You will need to purchase the equipment separately.

  • Please make a note in your appointment booking or contact us so we know you are wanting to do a private self-treatment session.

Yes!

You can book a private workshop at our office on Vinton St., or we can come to your space (in the Omaha metro area). We bring all the equipment.

The two-hour Whole Body workshop is $85 per person and includes the equipment that participants can take home. We require a minimum of 5 participants. We can accommodate up to 18 in our office or 30 on the road.

Oh no! Most foam rolling is way too aggressive and does not follow the fascia-informed principles. The research says soft tools are much safer and more effective for releasing fascial tension. We follow the same principles we use when we work on our clients to empower you to work on yourself!

Yes! Many attendees repeat Level 1 to spend focused time on their bodies and deepen their learning. If you are repeating and don't need the equipment, use code REPEATING at checkout.

Note: When you use the code, equipment does not come with the workshop. If you forget yours, no worries. You can borrow some of ours
