This 1.5-hour, in-person Myofascial Self-Treatment Workshop is your opportunity to experience science-backed, sustainable pain relief techniques—at no cost if you’re on our free workshop pass list.

Why Are We Offering This?

We know from experience: our clients heal faster when they’re empowered to care for their own bodies. These workshops create a space to learn, practice, and heal—with guidance from your local fascia experts.

We also recognize that not everyone can afford a regularly priced workshop—and we don’t believe finances should stand in the way of healing. That’s why we’re offering select sessions for free to those in need.

This is our way of giving back to the community and living our mission to make fascia-informed care more accessible. All you have to do is show up, learn, and take the next step toward a body that moves and feels better.

What to Expect

You’ll be guided through a full-body myofascial self-treatment sequence using specialized therapy balls (included—and yours to keep). We’ll target common areas of restriction and personalize techniques to your body’s needs.
