Fascia isn’t just a simple filler tissue. It is a living system that connects every tissue, organ and system in the body to support movement, sensation, structure, emotion, and our lived experience. As a health, rehabilitation or wellness practitioner, your ability to understand fascia from both a scientific and human perspective can profoundly shift how you see, touch, and support your clients.
This immersive, hands-on CE weekend invites you to go beyond methods and modalities. It’s a space to explore fascia as a perspective, reconnect with your curiosity, and learn how fascia science integrates into your daily work with real-world clients.
This intensive training will give you the confidence to engage with fascia in a grounded, evidence-informed, and personally transformative way and help you apply a fascia-informed perspectives to your practice.
This is not a lecture. This is not a formula.
This is an intellectually adventurous, body-centered weekend where you’ll feel, move, assess, treat, and connect with fascia science, your body, and with your own professional purpose.
You’ll walk away with:
A deeper, embodied understanding of fascia and how it impacts client outcomes
Safe, effective hands-on techniques you can integrate into your current approach
Tools and assessments to recognize and treat fascial dysfunction
Strategies to help clients change habits, posture, and movement to support lasting change
A new lens through which to see and support the whole person
