My style of fitness is informed by biomechanics, yoga traditions, natural movement philosophy, myofascial principles and the most currently available fascia research.
The goal of each class is to improve and support posture, increase joint mobility and core stability, increase functional strength and keep the fascia open, stretchy and healthy. My focus in not weight loss or looking a certain way (although this could be a byproduct), rather my focus is creating a resilient pain-free body that will help you live your best life. The healthiest most resilient bodies are strong, flexible and well-aligned.
