They need to be strong and flexible to be able to feel the surface we are on and accurately support us during regular daily movement and the unexpected movements we might encounter. Can you move quickly if you lose your balance? Can you maintain control when stepping over something? Can you do stairs comfortably? Follow along with this video to test your skills and create stronger feet, ankles, knees and hips.

Gather some sturdy yoga blocks, a step stool and your balance polls if you need them.
