Release 2/22/2022. This video focuses on mobility of the ankles and the skills needed to reduce the likelihood of tripping. Additionally, we practice the skills of catching yourself if you do trip, and hopefully preventing a fall. This video is something you can do as much as you like but taking the activities and sprinkling them throughout your day will help to build your skills more quickly. The ankles aren't something we think about much, but they are so important when we need them.
