Resistance is important to maintain muscle which is important for bone health and overall resilience. Resistance also keeps the fascia in your muscles healthy which improves your ability to move smoothly and with less pain.
Incorporate resistance at minimum once or twice per week moving with mindfulness and intention. The more resistance you use the more important it is to allow yourself rest days from resistance exercise.
